Perfect starter apartment for students experimenting with living alone. The distance to campus is excellent, easily walkable to classes in the stew area or engineering fountain. The apartment is small but not constricting, and the appliances are manageable. I would not describe it as premium or luxurious, but still totally sufficient for those learning to live without roommates. Danielle was never helpful with any issues in the apartment. Good luck when there's something wrong with the apartment and you can't get a hold of her. Better apartments may be more expensive but at least they are more responsive to questions with tenants.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been with three managements in the purdue area, and this is by far the worst. Danille, the manager here never responds to any emails or phone calls. I need to keep following up with her to get a simple response. When moving out, Danille did not specify what items in the apartment belonged to the property (since it's supposed to be unfurnished property). So when I moved out removed all old furniture, Mayne homes charged me for removing furniture that claimed belonged to them. This all could've bee... read more
