The driver, Tony, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wanted to drive my vehicle home, but he began yelling at me and my grandmother. He refused to provide a clear price for leaving the car, only saying it would cost “a couple hundred dollars.” I had to call his company directly just to get an answer. He parked his tow truck in front of my vehicle and insisted that it had to be towed to his lot, or I would need to pay $155 for him to leave. If I could give a 0 I would the driver Tony was very rude as HE deemed my car total because the bumper came off parked his tow truck in front of my vehicle as he demanded he had to tow to his lot or I could pay $155 for him to leave and not tow the car so I paid the $155 to avoid any conflict cause he seemed very upset and I felt bullied
Awful drivers! Driving 80mph plus on 270 and then pulling inches away from vehicles at traffic lights. 8.20.25
We had our new car towed back to the dealership from our house, because the day we purchased it, it started having an oil issue. Maynard towing picked up the car within a very short period of time (less than an hour) and we had a driver named Jamie; he was friendly and very helpful.
