I bought a costume and paid at the front, went back to buy a second one and the woman in the other part of the store said it was the wrong price and would not let me leave without paying again saying she was only charging $25 to “give me a deal.” Not worth the price, store is unorganized and staff are rude and unhelpful.

My opinion,THE WORST BUSINESS IN VANCOUVER”. I have been shopping there for over two years. Staff required, I leave my bag at the front or I wasn’t allowed to shop. Two weeks ago my bag was stolen, staff had no idea where the bag was, and when the other staff member returned, they said it was stolen. Nobody called police for me. I had to call then I had to follow and track down the other staff member so they could talk to the police. I heard various excuses from staff about not having changing rooms - there is no shortage of space but it is about laziness. The notion of buying lingerie, which cannot be returned, without trying it on is hilarious at best and ludicrous at worst. "Try bras on over your t -shirt" is what I was told by someone with a straight face. I wish I could have recommended the sale because the quality of the lingerie was good. Some items have multiple prices and they charge the highest one. Cashier is very rude “you want them or not?”
