I have dealt with many lawyers in my lifetime, some for myself or family members , I must say Mr Joyce is by far the best.. He goes above and beyond making sure everything is exactly what you need . He is very stern man, he sugar coats NOTHING.. He tells you the truth from the beginning without your expectations being based on a prayer. I highly recommend him.. By far the best lawyer in this area.
