My nieces mom is withholding my brothers daughter from him against court orders. Joyce's response to him was, "do you really want your daughter to feel like she's in prison coming over when she doesnt want to". What a terrible family law attorney. A parent wanting their time with their child is not in anyway comparable to that and it takes an ignorant man to say so. 10/10 do not hire Joyce's to represent you in custody matters.
I would highly recommend Holly Joyce and her staff. After I was denied twice for my disability claim, Holly took care of my case and won. She and her entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered my questions and made a difficult experience much easier. I am truly grateful for their hard work and dedication.
If I could do no stars I would, he wasn’t very informative at all. Took forever and just stopped helping all together and withdrew without even consulting anyone. Now we have to find a new attorney. Zero stars would not recommend at all.
