are you going to cut the tall weeds behind the homes on wild fern and shaunessy ? back fences no one has gates the weeds are damaging our fencing! can't cut we cant get through the weeds or do we call building and codes

I purchased a new home construction from Maynard construction. They have been responsive to all my requests. I asked him for topsoil when he had the dozer working and Mr Maynard immediately went to the gentleman and asked him to place several scoops in our yards at no cost. I would recommend Maynard's construction.

We purchased our house in Nov 2016. Very expensive problems have taken place. Driveway started to crumble. We had to repair at a cost of $5,000., Attic was not insulated. We found this out 3 years after the fact when we put in attic stairs. Maynard had to get it done because of Building Code. Two roof issues, one had to have valley repairs and the other is still awaiting repair specialist, Caused by poor workmanship. Part of fence fell over. Garbage disposal failed, cheap unit. Like other reviews they do not want to honor their builders warranty and fix things in a timely manner. Brought new home in September home was completed in June. Dishwasher not working @ all problems with Rafter beams bolts missing on deck/patio. I will be escalating this to my lawyer. The Bbb, and other places to save other homeowners this problem.
