I am writing this review because I clean a house that they built and everytime I go there to clean I see they have a new problem because this builder cuts corners. The house is beautiful on the surface but the carpet is coming up, there are electrical issues and so much more. I feel bad for the home owners because they have spent untold amounts of money and on there house and have had nothing but problems and Maynard refuses to address them or take accountability . Would not recommend a home from Maynard Builders. They cut corners everywhere once you peel back the layers. Faulty electrical work, leaks throughout the house, and uncompleted work that was paid for by the previous owner. Specifically, they were supposed to grade our yard after installing a car apron. Instead, they left it with a 2-foot drop-off that presents a danger to our child. When I contacted Josh Maynard, owner of the company, he told me good luck with that and I should contact an attorney.
