I walked in yesterday to try and book a service and as soon as I entered the door all pairs of eyes turned to me in the most unwelcoming way. When I asked if the service was possible, the girl in the front barely responds and said I'll check and starts speaking to the other ladies in Spanish in an annoyed tone. I then responded to her in Spanish and said not to worry, I will just go somewhere else. She became slightly kinder in manner after that but too late. Very unprofessional with everything; lack of attention, lack of hygiene, please just cover your mouth when you cough!! Don’t cover your mouth with the hands that are going to work on my nails!! No time management, she changed my appointment by 2 hours and when I arrived, she made me wait another hour!! Also who watches a show on their phone while doing nails !?!? Only here !!! I went in as a walk in and got greeted kindly. I had a new woman who had just started do a fill and shape fix from the last place I had been. She took her time and paid attention to detail. There was a language barrier since it is a primarily Spanish speaking establishment. But, I was able to communicate what I wanted through another worker. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I will be going back for fills and nail art. Also, was very affordable I give this nail art and spa a 5 star as it was a great experience
