My experience was similar to the other low reviews. Rudeness and unkindness. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else if you are not from Australia. The staff is especially unfriendly to people not born here. They had loud conversations that spoke badly about my home country and how much they hated it. I listened but did not respond. This is the best salon in Melbourne. I drive from Melbourne to see Mel and the crew and my hair is perfect every time. PERFECT. If you're looking for a new hairdresser GO HERE. You're in safe hands they are a proper, professional, unpretentious and amazing salon.
