A great company that cares about customers and quality.
Received a set of the 8 position soft jaw pliers that were assembled incorrectly. Emailed for support and Pam B in customer support quickly replied that she could help. However, she then failed to respond to any further emails after that. Too bad, this sample was to test if the product met our facilities needs and a large order was to follow. We'll have to consider a different supplier now as we don't have a functional set to try.
These guys make great quality punches, pry bars and chisels for industrial and automotive uses. They are made from excellent high-carbon and heat treated steel, and they hold up far better than any of the low-cost brands. This is my go-to brand for punches.
