Just had a great experience at Mayhew Jewelers in Napanee! Super knowledgeable staff, and wow they seem to have everything...I did not know they carried sculpture art and gifts for special occasions like specific wedding anniversaries etc. If you are in downtown Napanee you should pop in and take a look for sure. Note: for security reasons (maybe insurance too) they buzz you in at the door.
I got told what I wanted to sell my ring the owner told me I have to wait one week up to six months sometimes a year to get my money. I will not be returning there again.

Walked into the place to get an appraisal on a bracelet to be greeted with absolute disrespect. She asked how much I paid for it without even seeing it and said well what you paid is what it's worth even tho I bought it in a second hand store taking a gamble. She wouldn't give me any info on it.. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Ive never had issues here before but I won't be going back in if she's at the desk!!
I have come to know that Marlene makes good on things the customer is not happy with. Over the years she has been a great merchant to deal with.
