Terrible! They failed my wife's Lexus IS200 MOT on rear disks. Fair enough. They changed them and it has squeaked and squealed ever since! Took it back twice, they still didnt fix it, (dont even believe they even looked at it) but told us they had. They don't call when its ready. The reception lady gets narky if she's in the workshop and you step-in to get her attention. Won't be going back🤬
They charged me £125 for filling my car's air conditioning with gas, but as it turned out later they didn't give me any gas.

So impressed, fantastic service. So friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Husband had a blow out manage to limp to mayors motors few yards down road. Mayfords refused to help put on spare stating they didn’t have a jack! Told him to drive elsewhere. He has been sat on the forecourt over hour half watching them replace other tires waiting for recovery as car is undrivable. Worse he was on the school run and daughter stranded at school.
