I order a lot of builders hardware, and Mayflower is my preferred supplier. They are helpful, knowledgeable and have the best prices and lead times.
i visit the place about dozen times,the staff are very kind, i get all my locksmith supplies for my business frog-lock.com. usually i get my locksmith supplies there locks,door closer,panic bar magnetic locks, the staff very kind and helpful answer all questions thank you mayflower.
These guys are a joke! I ordered $1600+ in door knobs and when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong ones I called and told them I was happy to pay for the return and buy the correct knobs from them. So far, it has taken me 2 weeks for them to tell me they will charge me 35% restocking fee. These knobs were not special order they were a stock item. The last guy said "you ordered em there yours. I don't want to take em back anyway" Nice guys. Buyer beware!
