My appointment was canceled twice without any prior notice, which was very disappointing. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but better communication and a more professional approach from the staff would have been greatly appreciated. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and patient communication.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt judged rather than supported. Instead of making the process easier, they made it more difficult to get my medical needs addressed. I believe patient care should involve compassion and clear communication, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visits. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of care for future patients. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here
So now it's 5pm I got a recording saying they have a technical problem and it disconnected my line .
They never answer the phone I'm nkt sure how they even get patients because they never answer no matter what time you call its so frustrating.
