3 times I have driven to the mall of new Hampshire, specifically to get a massage. 1.5 hour drive. (Yes, I usually do some other shopping after), and 3 times I have been denied the service I have requested, which is the full body massage. It is advertised on their board as available, and they tell me I can have it, that it is going to be minutes... so I wait for it. We drive almost 2 hours to receive a service advertised, and they are “too busy”. No, I believe they want more fast money. Terrible customer service. This is the 3rd time we I have been turned away for a service advertised by them!
I’ve been to this location 3 times now and had a great experience each time. The last time I went I had very specific pain in my shoulder and neck and they loosened it up significantly. You’re able to just walk in and sit. No wait time at all.
My friend and I each paid separately for a 20-minute massage. The massage itself was decent. However, the experience at checkout was uncomfortable. I paid in cash and left a tip that covered both of us, slightly over 20%. My friend didn’t have cash to tip separately. The staff member seemed visibly upset, pointed to the receipt showing a $25 charge, and said “tip” with an attitude. She appeared disappointed that we didn’t give more, which left a bad impression and took away from what was otherwise an okay service.
I go twice a week due to neck and back pain. Get the 30 min chair massage and feel fantastic when they are done. Always a great experience. I use Google Translate on my phone for any special instructions because there sometimes is a language barrier. I've never had a bad experience.
