Mei responded to a call for help with a same day appointment to help with a non functioning hearing aid. She got me in and out in less then 15 minutes. She is so professional and polite as well. Explains everything and encourages you to call if you need help.
Mei was extremely professional, competent, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She answered all our questions and took as much time as we needed. We would recommend her without hesitation or concern.
I have been very happy with Dr. Gao and Mayflower since I picked her over 5 years ago. She satisfied all my curiosity about the correction of hearing losses and the profound effect if it goes untreated. I picked behind the ear model and it is very rarely noticed al all by my family and friends.
