They promised my deposit back, but once I called about it, they said that there were cabinets that were missing. I had not removed any cabinets when I moved out. My son's bathroom had mold growing under the floorboard. I called them when we discovered it. They kept missing appointments, but when they came, they promised to put in a new floor. The office staff are snappy very unprofessional when it comes to judgements and having attitudes! The walls are paper thin my 5 year old and her friend were playing and I got accused of having a party really??? Theres trashy lazy people here and if you have issues with neighbors the office will believe the older ones even though Im younger Im in school full time and my neighbors are lazy people who sit at home all day and fight constantly threatened to beat me up! This place is scam. These apartments are for illegals and lazy people. They suck money from all sorts of government benefits. They dont really care about tenants that dont have any benefits. (which was my case). We were told that since we pay our rent in cash, management doesnt get as much money from government as if we were on some sort of assistance. So management made our life miserable. Recently they introduced income restrictions in order to rent there, which is ridiculous because apartments are not that cheap. In addit... read more

I just recently moved but I lived in these apartments for 3 years. In the years that I lived there we had 4 different managers. It just got worse as time went on. The manager now (Adrian) is so rude. She may be nice at first, but once you move in, she is a nightmare from hell. There are always people smoking right in front of the club house, no matter what time of the day it is.
