Received a non-working unit, was told a firmware update would fix it and would take a couple days. After 6 weeks, I requested a return and my request was ignored. Had to file a claim, which was granted about 2 months after my initial order. Steer clear. Edit: I do not qualify ignoring my request to return the unit as a "response" to my e-mail. I don't want the unit, it's been a paperweight since I received it.

After picking up a pair of Drop/Sennheiser headphones, I needed an amp as my motherboard was underpowered and decided on the ARC MK2. Unfortunately, I've had the worst customer experience with Mayflower Electronics and had to deal with them for 91-days to sort out a series of problems with the unit. Buyer beware if you think you may need to deal with them. I've provided some details below for those interested. I've been doing business with Tyler and Mayflower Electronics since he opened. His products are top quality and some of the best in their class. Over the years, I've purchased DACs, Amps and headphones. I've always had a pleasant experience. Any time I had a question, Tyler was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate his customer support and the attention to detail that goes into his products.
