I don't live here, nor have I been on a tour of the grounds. I just have some people that I visit on occasion that live there. They seem to be okay with the place. But I have been hearing about the serious issues that are not being really addressed.
Writing this review on behalf on my Mom. I lived here for 5 years myself and ran for the hills. If I knew the management was the same I would have told my Mom to do the same. My Mom pays for a 2 bedroom apartment that’s the same price of a whole house in the area. She’s been dealing with mold on the walls and a bug infestation that they this morning argued with her with 3 men in her home. Total rip off
Don't know much about the complex itself, was trying to buy a condo here. Location is in a midrange community on a buzzing main thoroughfare with everything you would need shopping wise within walking distance.
