Beware of their scam/hustle! My wife toddler and I landed late Monday night at Phoenix Sky Harbor and needed a mini van taxi due to our luggage and car seat. It was really late and obviously looked absolutely exhausted, a Mayflower cab (mini van) pulled up after 30-45 minutes of waiting. I had issues with a moving co they send to my home.Called with a complaint they didn’t want to discuss our handle my issue and never got back to me! Very poor customer service.
This company is a bad company there company is horrible I tried to ask for a tissue and the person got mad and screamed saying how about u buy ur own I feel threatened the cab number of the the person is #540
I forgot to ask for a print receipt of my taxi ride. I tried calling them - their mailbox is full. I e-mailed them, sent them a message through their website. Nothing. Why do they even bother having a business when they can't pick up the phone?
