If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Jack at Mayfield Repairs is a true lifesaver! We lost a brake line on our Sprinter van (so No brakes at all) late Sunday night. He answered my call nearly 10 PM and had us in the shop by 9 AM the next morning on Labor Day. In under 2 hours, he had us back on the road! Jack was kind, accommodating (even offered coffee and breakfast), and went above and beyond—personally driving my husband to O’Reilly’s to hunt down the right part for our foreign van. These guys were so great! Our car battery died just as we were leaving the Sonic. My husband called them and they arranged a tow for us to their shop. They were very nice and were able to help us so we could get home. Thank you!!!!😊
We got stranded in Kansas and I cannot say enough good words about Jack. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He’s a sweet guy full of personality and was more than willing to help us out during this hard time. Even though we were from out of state and unfamiliar to Kansas that did stop his welcoming energy. I highly recommend!!
Had car trouble while traveling through and staff was incredibly kind and generous with his time. Gave us peace of mind to continue traveling and didn’t take advantage of us in a difficult situation. Wasn’t even going to charge us for a consultation!
