Jack was incredibly fair, honest, and attentive to every detail - exactly what you would want if you have a roadside emergency. He was able to diagnose the issue with my Infiniti quickly and figured out a solution that got us back on the road. If you’re having car problems, don’t hesitate to call Mayfield Repair.
Jack has helped me several times in the past and just like today when I got an oil change, he also checked all the fluids, put on a new wiper and fixed my hood latch. He is always honest, reliable and trust worthy. I’d recommend him time and time again.
Jack is a LIFE SAVER! Morning after Halloween, I was stranded with a bad alternator 300 miles from home and 300 miles yo my destination. Jack picks up, says he'll be there at 9am, gets there 30 minutes early, fixes it by 9 and gets be back on the road. Thank you so so so so much!
Had car trouble while traveling through and staff was incredibly kind and generous with his time. Gave us peace of mind to continue traveling and didn’t take advantage of us in a difficult situation. Wasn’t even going to charge us for a consultation!
We got stranded in Kansas and I cannot say enough good words about Jack. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He’s a sweet guy full of personality and was more than willing to help us out during this hard time. Even though we were from out of state and unfamiliar to Kansas that did stop his welcoming energy. I highly recommend!!
