After having a horrible time finding someone reliable to work in my AC- working with Mayfield and Poole has been so amazing! I had a problem and they came in less than a day in a very busy season to help me. They have done everything they said they would in the time frame they promised and have gone above and beyond to help me in the crazy hot weather. I highly recommend them and they will be my only go to in the future! And ask for Jason- best customer service, extremely knowledgeable and so great to work with!
Placed a service call was so seamless and Jennifer was friendly, courteous & professional. The service tech, Jason, was amazing keeping me notified of the arrival time or delays and was so efficient and pleasant when making the repair in our office.
