I have lived in Mayfield Place for over five years, and I can say that Candace, Mary, and the staff are kind, nice, and respectful. They promptly respond to any maintenance issue (Lou, one of their maintenance guy is very helpful). The environment is alway clean and well maintained. Mayfield is a serene safe place and I love it here. Highly recommend.
I lived there for 2.5 years and it was hands down a wonderful place to live. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the maintenance and office staff are responsive and fast. The community always felt safe which was incredibly important. Having an attached garage and in unit laundry were essential for the transition of owning a home to renting. If ever needed I would absolutely rent there again. There is a reason they always have a waitlist.
Lived there for 4 years before moving to another city for work. Very clean, safe, comfortable. The maintenance crew - led by Lou- are top notch - fast, nice and they really take pride in facilities. Pool is a little small and a short season but well maintained. Apartments are well laid out and bonus is having a garage. Only a few years old so very modern appliances in apartment laundry, etc. Nice walking path in complex. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in greater Springfield area.
