5-star experience! Food trucks, movie nights, maintenance & office staff were very responsive and friendly. We would go on walks in the evening around the neighborhood. Quiet apartments, plenty of space, walk-in closets, modern facilities, gym/pool, low utility bills, fiber internet. Short drive to Longmeadow for dining and Big Y, good barber shop/pizza down the street, 15 minute drive to Enfield square.

I have lived in Mayfield Place for over five years, and I can say that Candace, Mary, and the staff are kind, nice, and respectful. They promptly respond to any maintenance issue (Lou, one of their maintenance guy is very helpful). The environment is alway clean and well maintained. Mayfield is a serene safe place and I love it here. Highly recommend.
