Long story short they took 7 months to get the trays for our autoclave to us and they made many false promises. Mayfield Medical has the worst customer service and communication. We bought a used autoclave from them back in December, and it was not delivered for over a month. When the autoclave was dropped off that was all that was done. Had to interact with a bearded man with glasses today here who complained about having to work today. He seemed rude, like he lacked work ethic and like he didn’t care about his job.
Company ordered a replacement light for a piece of our equipment. received the light and it was the wrong replacement light, that they looked up and sent to us. When they were notified of this the girl said she would have to get with her supervisor and offered to send another replacement or we could order from an aftermarket company. When I looked the part number up, they sent for new replacement it was still the wrong one. If you want to be frustrated and aggravated for months on end, go ahead and use this company. The technician who came out was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing so I would give him 5 stars but the company itself is quite horrible to deal with, no one ever calls you back and they tell you the part is in stock when its not. I've called every 2 weeks for 2 months and finally I am giving up and just buying new equipment so save yourself the frustration and avoid using this company
