YOU WONT GET ANYTHING! Placed an order for a microscope June 13th. July 18th I decided I better check on it since I had already received my slide samples. Long story short they took 7 months to get the trays for our autoclave to us and they made many false promises. Mayfield Medical has the worst customer service and communication. We bought a used autoclave from them back in December, and it was not delivered for over a month. When the autoclave was dropped off that was all that was done. We plugged in the autoclave the next morning with an error message and had to call for maintenance on it, at this time we also notified them that two of the internal large trays were missing... read more
Had to interact with a bearded man with glasses today here who complained about having to work today. He seemed rude, like he lacked work ethic and like he didn’t care about his job.
Company ordered a replacement light for a piece of our equipment. received the light and it was the wrong replacement light, that they looked up and sent to us. When they were notified of this the girl said she would have to get with her supervisor and offered to send another replacement or we could order from an aftermarket company. When I looked the part number up, they sent for new replacement it was still the wrong one.
