Chronically behind. I'm not talking 20-30 minutes, you can spend an hour in the waiting room and another hour in the room before the doctor sees you. There is zero communication from the receptionists that the doctor is behind or how long it might take. They will reschedule your appointment or change your time without communicating with you. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. My original appointment was scheduled for May 10th, but it was rescheduled to May 21st at 11:30 a.m. I arrived at 11:20 and checked in on time. After waiting for about an hour, I checked in with reception and was told it would be another 30 minutes. We had a 3:15 meet and greet appointment with a doctor. We arrived on time. We were asked to use a machine to collect a bunch of vitals. The machine wasn't working properly so someone was going to come give us a hand with it. We were then informed the doctor was running over 60 minutes behind schedule but we were welcome to wait. My experience with Dr. Tuah was frustrating and dismissive. I went in for abnormal periods and lower abdominal pain, but she repeatedly interrupted me and did not want to hear relevant medical history. She quickly insisted on birth control as the solution and told me to see a pain specialist, stating my issue wasn’t gynecological, without a thorough assessment.
