Horrible customer service, tried charging me 350 bc they booked an appointment I didn’t have. Dr Oje is great his new worker are incompetent
I've had a great experience with this clinic. Dr. El Said is always pleasant, kind, and genuinely attentive - she really listens and cares. The front desk staff are also consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a welcoming environment and I always feel well cared for!
The reception is impossible to get ahold of here and says expect a call back in 48hrs for voicemails. I am having issues booking with my regular dr online, the error code prompt says to call the office yet i can't ever get through to talk to a person to complete the booking. Im beyond frustrated.
This clinic never answers the phone. Reception is horrible. Had an appointment scheduled for 12:30, received several texts and emails with 12:30 pm time. Day of appointment I got an email that now says 5:35 pm..never approved this. Try to call to see what’s going on, impossible to get a hold of anyone and actually talk to someone.
