Very bad customer service.not really help
Absolutely shocking medical practice. almost impossible to get an appointment. Dismissed when you do. If you get a referral to a specialist and they give advice, the doctors just say no to that advice, even though they referred you to them for their specialist knowledge. Honestly just rubbish. Find a different doctors surgery.
The practice overall is pretty dire, but Dr Avaal is worth his weight in gold.
