Very bad customer service.not really help
Absolutely shocking medical practice. almost impossible to get an appointment. Dismissed when you do. If you get a referral to a specialist and they give advice, the doctors just say no to that advice, even though they referred you to them for their specialist knowledge. Honestly just rubbish. Find a different doctors surgery.
The practice overall is pretty dire, but Dr Avaal is worth his weight in gold.
I’d be lost without this place, Dr Aval is genuinely one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met and cares for his patients. All the staff here are great and very professional.
