I am completely appalled at the unprofessionalism that my husband received in Ms. Mayfield's office today. Calling my husband a bully and kicking him out because of him voicing that he wished that he could say something is quite ironic considering that yelling at him and calling him names is bullying. It was very clear from the beginning her mind was already made up on whose side she was on which I am positive no sides were supposed to be chosen.

Ms. Thomas, I want to respond, because your comment (review) is important. You, though, were not present to hear or see anyone’s statements or demeanor. I cannot say much because under Oregon law all mediation communications are confidential. Terminating the meeting was the appropriate course. In being accountable, I must say that I did not do my best work when ending that meeting.
