The absolute worst hotel in the us. Don’t stay here. Actually you can’t check in because the staff are nonexistent and most heinous. Do yourself a favor and drive on by. The worst hotel experience I have ever experienced.

The phone number goes to a central reservation line that appears to be outside of the US. The CSRs don’t know anything about the park you are calling about and misinformed me of the amenities, so my wife and I were not able to power critical medical equipment. I spent a week emailing the corporate customer support. The last response was 6/17. I was informed that they would reach out to the onsite team and let me by end of day. Arrived at 3:00, checkin starts at 1:00. There is not a single employee at the camp ground. Tried calling the local number listed and corporate. Called 5 times before someone finally picked up; at a call center. The bathrooms all have codes, which were not given out up registration. They are charging $35 per tent/night. It’s beautiful at the lake, but super disappointing to have no employees working and locked bathrooms.
