absolutely rude staffing. they will tell you that you have to pay this amount one minute & then the next minute you have to pay a different amount. there’s also a reconnection fee of minimum $50 each time which we weren’t made aware of whenever we called.
After dealing with a couple other internet service providers with which we had several issues, I looked into MEWS internet service and realized fiber was an option on our street. Within a week of when I called to inquire, they had us hooked up and ready to roll. The technicians who installed were friendly and had us up and running in no time. Plus, we are saving about $30 a month over our previous spotty internet provider. If you’re looking for fast internet with an office here in town, give MEWS a call!
