I called them for a problem and they had someone out to my house in 15 minutes. The electrician Nate had great customer service, a good personality and found the problem in just a few minutes. Good place to do business with.
Pretty messed up that going on 4 days after calling and still no call back and got their number off of my main electrical box from city to house since they installed it however many years ago and I've only owned the place for less than 2 years. So what if I still have an out of state number, didn't realize that matters and I HAVE to have a Winfield area code. That doesn't matter with the city and everyone else, guess I'll just call a different company.
