Reasonable appointment time. Filling fixed painlessly. Pleasant people. No pushy upselling. Clear communication. Good open price plan options.
Had a new patient check up,dentist was very thorough and was very gentle,he took x rays off my teeth,all good. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
We booked and confirmed an appointment to join as NHS patients during the pandemic as they were accepting back then and we were removed from a different dentist (because they stopped being NHS). Appointment was cancelled. No alternative offered, they didn’t even call us. To this day, even after emailing them, they text me offers and spam. Will be emailing them one more time then filing a GDPR non compliance complaint. Awful. We now go to the dentists on Heathfield High street as NHS and they’ve been lovely.
Always great service and treatment. Highly recommend.
