BUYER BEWARE At the time of writing this review, I am in situation where I paid this vendor approx. $1500 for hair and makeup for my wedding, which is in October. The deposit was paid a few months ago. After paying the deposit, I've contacted the vendor a number of times to firm up details. The phone number has since been disconnected and the email address is returning bounce backs. I paid a $1430 deposit for a booking 8 months in advance- they have a cooling off period of 7 days which is amazing but unfortunately I missed it by 3 days (completely my own fault). When I tried to contact them to cancel the only way you can via phone- the number listed on the booking website is wrong- I tried calling, texting and sent 2 emails and I received no reply for over 3 weeks. My wedding hair and makeup was absolutely beautiful thanks to Jess and the team at Mayfield Collective. Same goes for my bridesmaids and my Mum. We all felt incredible!
