Drove from Dayton for a serious leg pain assessment appointment. However, they were unable to X-ray my leg, hip, and spine as no appointments were available that day. So, with the attending P/As order, I had X-rays completed in Dayton that same day. The X-rays were available 2-days later, but I haven't heard anything for a week. Definitely unimpressed.
8/2026 Reminder not to take any love ones to this location. Still waiting to hear back from the nursing board on NP Witt. To recap: There was a safety event during a procedure. No one called to follow up to make sure the pt was ok. When the pt called to share their condition is now much worse, a lack of response. This pt had an upcoming visit which I attended with the patient. As a manager of healthcare customer services, the goal was to help the pt navigate this troubling situation. If you want a cookie cutter consultation, then this is your place. However, if you are looking for a personalized consultation from a "spine specialist," I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Their portal is in serious need of development. It does not allow anyone to send a message because the location dropdown is busted. They need better web developers. Their Dr, Dr. Merz, refuses new appointments for my wife because my wife missed appointments, but she was comatose or altered then, unable to receive messages or respond to them. Cold. Definitely not caring. I have plead, and assured I’d access the portal to ensure that doesn’t happen again. No response.
