We love living in Townview! The condos are very quiet and actually lived up to the what our realtor said about being soundproof. Wonderful neighbors and everyone is so very kind and helpful. My husband and I feel so blessed to live here! Love being so close to all the shops, restaurants, beach, etc.

Love the building. Management is ehh. I’ve never been in a unit with less floor/ceiling insulation. I hear *EVERY* step my upstairs neighbor takes. It’s very, very intrusive which is something I wish I had known before moving in.
