Comfortable waiting area. Very nice reception staff with great in person skills. VEM technician absolutely wonderful despite the VEM being a big screening over multiple days, explains everything clearly and concisely. Six months on from my referral, I still have no date for the procedure I was referred for. I was referred to Dr Page in February by my General Physician for a lip biopsy. At the appointment I was asked what I was there for, which I would have expected to be clear from the referral correspondence. I was then told the procedure could not be done at the practice and that I would be seen at St Vincent's. I had quite bad experience with Dr Dougal Buchanan, I had an appointment with him on 9 July 2026 at 3:40 PM to check for my one sided tinnitus. I waited for at least 30 minutes past the appointment time until he could see me. He said that based on my existing results, no more diagnosis was needed. His judgement was quite sound, I had no problem with his competence as an ENT. However, he seemed to be a bit hasty with my session for some reason.
