Expensive, inconsiderate, rude, they installed a complete new system for my pool, cut the drain line and didn't bother to install it back. They would charge me more to redo drain. Then argued with me saying I didn't need it and wasn't going to argue and hangups on me. My inground pool has many times overflowed with rain water. I am a piping engineer and worked 45 years in construction. I think I know what I need and what was original to the pools system. My new filter looks like it parts were thrown together. I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. Short version of events: my husband and I bought a home with an old, in-ground pool (first-timers) in 2020. For three summers we struggled balancing the chemicals/asking for help/spending thousands upon thousands every month (no exaggeration) at a local pool store (not Mayfair). It never got better.
