A bit expensive unfortunately. You will have to $50 rent for landing here. The owner plans to buy Park Lane and add hotels which will drive up the costs.
Nice apartments and well managed, close to the ferry and parks. Easily navigate your way across, up or down the river. The rev-head traffic on Lytton Rd is a bit noisy, but that's hard to avoid, it does connect you up with other suburbs well. There's a great BWS and IGA across the road with very friendly staff and generous opening hours.
Luxury apartments, very close to the ferry and city. The management is very helpful and friendly.
