Horrible frustrating experience with them. Have gone through the process of buying a car from them, via MatchMe car finance. Been approved for finance on Friday, spoke to the dealership on Saturday afternoon, and confirmed that I can go and collect the car on Monday at 2 PM as it was returning from its MOT. I purchased a car from the team in February 2024. The sales team were really good, not pushy at all. They gave me the time to view the car as many times as I needed. I'm a cautious buyer and they respected that. They followed up and answered every question I had. One tyre needed changing which they did without a fuss. I would buy a car from them again. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. As a side note, the warranty provider they use is also very good! Overall a premier experience from a high end dealership.
