Owner is a real piece of work booked on booking.com - was messaged to tell me that no late check in i called to be instantly and rudely dismissed after asking a key be left under the door mat "no that will disturb other guests" i had an employee travelling 8 hours and was due to arrive at 10pm was told "make sure he gets here by 9" literally impossible worst customer service from any hotel now to try and get a refund which is also seeminly impossible

My partner and I stayed in the family room with our children and it was perfect, the owners/ staff were lovely the room was the cleanest motel I have stayed in for a very long time we only stayed a night but it was a perfect stay we loved every minute.

Walked through the door ready to greet the owner, didn’t even get a word out before he hits me with “can’t you read?” referring to no trailers, despite the massive sign out front saying trailer parking. Guess reading his own signage isn’t his strong point. We cancelled on the spot. If you prefer arrogance over hospitality, this is your dream stay. This motel was amazing, the family room was way better than I could have anticipated. The mattress's were the best I've slept on. Looking into getting one for myself. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. This experience with my family just made our little holiday even better. Thank you Mayfair Motel.
