I called and lady dont know what she talking about and very rude and unprofessional waste of time
I went to this company in urgent need of a key fob and they were much cheaper than any other I had found. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lady was rude and lacking in customer service. I was really impressed at first but when I said “are you on Facebook I’d like to leave you a review” and her response was “please don’t “ and walked away. Awesome service! Brought an old motorcycle seat lock in and they made me a key with a 2 business day turnaround! Key works in the seat lock and steering stem which saved me time and money drilling it out. Would use again!
Absolute worst customer service. Locksmith ruined my key, told me I didn’t need a panic button. I’m a mother with a young child, a panic button is important to our safety. Locksmith had no concern about destroying my key, and he refused to replace my $20 key.
I have a habit of locking my keys in my car. I came across this shop today. Very friendly. Amazing service. I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know!
I offhandedly mentioned I was making copies of keys for my classroom and the staff gave them to me for free. I was really moved and grateful. They were super friendly and very quick. I highly recommend them.
