Worst pet hospital, trashy lazy people work there, the supposed vet is a guy that acts and looks like a criminal, absolutely zero education, zero manners, they have no concern for your pet, they are only there to clock in and wait to clock out, disgusting people. I called 2 hours straight with no one answering the phones, trashy individuals.

Get a better front of house staff, not charge a late fee when you make a patient wait 30+ minutes before telling them they will be charged. Doctors are good, but they take on too many patients and there is always a long wait after scheduled appointment times. If we are late we are charged, if they are, shouldn't they give you a credit towards your bill in the same regard? Find a place that has more compassion for their patients.
Dr. Segota has been hands down patient and caring with all of our Great Danes for the past 5 years, today we arrived with one of our Great Danes badly wounded and he was very knowledgeable about the situation and quickly attended to her battle wounds along with antibiotics. His medical assistant(s) and front desk attended to us quickly and when I phoned in the morning they immediately scheduled us for an afternoon appointment. If they call you for medication and say it ready doctor approved. Be prepared to wait over one hour for them to get it for you. Unbelievable every time. If it were up to me we would find a new Animal hospital for sure.😡
