I was in desperate states. Had a drip in shower faucet and could not turn off water supply valve to replace cartridge (the drip was becoming a stream). Bill at Mayfair returned my call with frantic message. Managed to fit me in on a cancellation. Luke arrived and saved the day. Calm, cool and collect. Drew Williams replaced the float in the septic tank in my rental unit. He was thorough and professional, providing same day service in an emergency.
Water tank died after 17 years. Called Mayfair and they got out as fast as possible. Luke did a great job installing it and also identified a slow leak on my main water shut off. Very much appreciated Luke and Mayfair team.
