There was nothing unexpected. It went well.
You were sent a RUSH requisition from urgent care to perform an ultrasound for possible appendicitis. We were expecting a call first thing in the morning to book this, and you didn't call us. We had to call you, and then you could barely fit us in today, and ended up driving across the city. These types of bookings from urgent care require proper attention. You dropped the ball on this one.
