My ultrasound appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I arrived at the Regina Crossing location 15 minutes early with a full bladder. I completed the registration process and waited for 30 minutes, becoming quite uncomfortable. I was sent for a breast ultrasound by my doctor as I have a lump being monitored due to it slowly growing and being on medication that increases my risk of breast cancer I arrive and as soon as I enter the ultrasound room, I’m questioned why I’m here. Racist place - I am a former government employee and the discrimination me and my partner just felt inside by the receptionist as well as the lady who was doing the ultra sound - they complained about our 2 year old daughter being there. They weren’t being disruptive as I had them held the whole time. I will never be coming back to this establishment and will be spreading the word about how ugly they treat First Nation people.
Did not get xray results after being told it would be done in the same day, doctor told me that they operate on weekends and now in excruciating Pain. I specifically asked for a place that was open on the weekends as I have previous medical issues with my foot in the past. However I received excellent service and was let in for my x ray almost immediately after entering.
