Had such an amazing experience here! Staff were kind and not rushing but everyone was on time, they were able to fit in another exam I needed while I was there to make life easier! 10/10 will be recommending and coming back!
My ultrasound appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I arrived at the Regina Crossing location 15 minutes early with a full bladder. I completed the registration process and waited for 30 minutes, becoming quite uncomfortable. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, another staff member told me that I was not even registered. They then said they were fully booked and asked me to come back at 2:30 PM. I was sent for a breast ultrasound by my doctor as I have a lump being monitored due to it slowly growing and being on medication that increases my risk of breast cancer I arrive and as soon as I enter the ultrasound room, I’m questioned why I’m here. I tell the tech I have a breast lump being monitored. It’s been over a year since my last ultrasound, it’s grown, that’s enough for the doctor to decide it’s time to check on it.
