I had a pretty unpleasant experience today, I had an xray scheduled which was “school related” which the unit clerk told me I might have to pay for which was not an issue as I am ready to pay, but she had to double check with the supervisor to find out, I have been standing there waiting for over 15mins in which another unit clerk at the desk received a call stating I don’t have to pay as she got notified by her supervisor.
