The worst service ever. They don’t have marking in the elevator nor at entrance of the building which floor they’re on. So you go to the wrong floor and find your way by asking and are 5 minutes late. Plus they make you wait despite not being very busy. Then they want to reschedule you after waiting months for the appointment. It’s ok for them to run late and make you wait 45 minutes- 1 hour and yet you can’t be late because lack of floor marking and because the reception makes you wait because they’re not efficient. Excellent place. It is located on the 3rd floor in the Specialty Building next to Market Mall. All the staff were very kind and professional. After checking in with the receptionists, I was taken to a private room to change. Once I was ready, they called me in for the X-rays. I arrived at 4:45 pm and was out by 5:00 pm
Very professional, caring and attentive. I have had pain management (Cingal) njections to both knees for 4 years running at Market Mall location and each time it was painless and service was excellent
