Staff are rude.........don't even say hello
The ultrasound technician who assisted me today at 5:30pm was very unkind and dismissive. She didn’t introduce herself, and wouldn’t listen to me or accommodate any of my concerns. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I won’t be returning. The front desk staff, however, were respectful.
I visited Mayfair Market Mall location for a spine injection (for pain management). I am pleased with the quality of the service I received from the staff and the doctor. Thank you!
