The appointment centre asked me to show up 15 minutes before my 8am appointment m. Guess what, it is cold winter morning at 740am and they won’t be open until 8am. Joke on me, a MVA victim as a pedestrian!
Today Megan helped me “I had a great experience with her. She was very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. She explained everything clearly and was patient with my questions. Thank you for the excellent care.”
This is a wonderful facility! The waiting room is nicely designed for relaxing while you wait. I was there for an ultrasound. The tech was nice and friendly. This would be a 5 star they had not left me to wipe off all the jelly by myself. I would come back. But would ask that they spend a few more minutes with their clients and assist where needed.
Professional staff, nice waiting area for patients and attendants, free parking.
