I got an ultrasound done there, and the sonographer didn’t seem like she was interested at all. I wasn’t told her name, and the entire appointment for me seeing my baby felt rushed and I felt like the girl was uninterested. I get that she probably does alot of ultrasounds per day, but I would have appreciated a bit more patience and letting me look at the screen for more than 2 minutes. The clinic itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and calming. Booking appointments is quick and easy, and most of the staff I interacted with have been professional and helpful. However, I had a deeply personal and devastating experience during a recent visit that left me feeling completely unsupported and dehumanized.
