Very friendly staff.It was quick in and out for X-ray.
Had a lovely experience at this location a few months ago. I had an ultrasound done in a quick and orderly fashion. I must say the ladies up front were efficient and very kind, I didn’t get their names but one had red hair and one brunette. There was also a blonde X-ray lady who was nice enough to show me where the washroom faculties were. As for the ultrasound tech, she made me very relaxed and comfortable with the whole situation. Would recommend them to anyone. Bravo.
I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my 20-week ultrasound at this location. The technician I was assigned to, an older woman whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, was extremely rude from the moment the appointment began. The appointment lasted about an hour and a half, and throughout the entire time, she was dismissive, snappy, and unprofessional.
