Excellent service!! The best experience in one of the Mayfair clinics. Both ladies did an excellent job and were absolutely nice and through on their jobs. Even though it was a mammogram, it was the first time that I almost enjoyed the experience (lol)
I don’t know how the admin there have jobs. It was very obvious to me that they don’t care about their patients, they don’t own up to their mistakes and the customer service is a zero. They made a very dire emergency way harder for me than it needed to be, in fact it was torture and sloppy what they did. I had just driven 30 minutes for the appointment, they told me they didn’t have my requisition and had to rebook and leave or else try calling my clinic.
