The Last that attended to me was very warm, friendly and interactive. She'd been looking for an opportunity to see an African so she can prover her boss wrong. She was really full of smiles when she got the affirmative she needed. I was happy to see her happy. She's got good relationship management skills. The hospital or diagnostic centres isn't a place I like to visit otherwise I'd have checked on her repeatedly. Smilesssssss! I had a very good experience there
