What an absolute mess these people are, from lost records and imaging to rude follow up calls to the doctor paying more attention to his conversation about his golf game than the patient on the table, plunged the needle into my nerve causing a couple weeks of severe nerve pain. Absolutely would not recommend, totally unprofessional clowns wearing a mask of professionalism.
Mayfair diagnostics indicates on their requisition forms to book online. When you attempt to book it tells you that your first name or last name is incorrect. When speaking to someone at Mayfair diagnotics on March 10th I was advised that you can not book online unless you have already been a patient. So the requisition and website are telling you to book online and you can't. What a terrible waste of taxpayers dollars and patient time.
