It has been a month. I get different reason why my curtains are not back. No return calls. They keep saying they will be there and will text. Terrible customer service.
I have been going to this Mayfair branch for few years now. For the last few yrs, i wasnt charged ridicilously for my designer coat until this yr. I ddnt see any special material on this coat, just regular down feathers .Attendant was not helpful when I asked why it cost me double for a designer coat. Do you have a special treatment for it? I would have understood it if my coat is returned pristine, but no, you can still see the dirt on the sleeve from wearing. Im not going back.
They do great work
